 Training and Support

  Training – At no charge Datrix World Energy provides one two (2) hour on site training session for new customers and one two (2) hour training session annual, at the customer’s request thereafter. Where a customer has five or more users, In lieu of the free on-site training session, Datrix World Energy will train one of the customer’s users to be a “trainer”. Additional training sessions may be conducted by Datrix World Energy at a cost of $200 per hour plus reasonable travel expense.
